Friends Assisting Catholic Education (FACE) is a vendor rebate program available to all parents and friends of Bishop Walsh School. It is an avenue whereby parents earn tuition credits and receive substantial rebates on tuition. FACE equals FREE money to you. Friends of Bishop Walsh School are invited to participate as well by designating their rebates to their favorite school program.
The school purchases gift cards from merchants at a discount price. The parents then purchase these cards from the school at full face value with the discount (earned by the school at the time of purchase) being applied to the parents tuition account. The cards are sold in the FACE Office located in the main office area of the school five days a week from 8:15am until 2:30pm. The office is staffed with friends and volunteers who work diligently to help provide this service to our families. If you wish you can send in an order with your student on any given day and it will be filled and sent home with your child at the end of that day.
Each family is assessed a non participating FACE fee of $350 per child. This fee is included on the family’s annual tuition invoice. If a family chooses not to participate in the FACE program the fee must be paid in full.
This program can also be used through the glscrip.com website. If you shop out of town or have family and friends who will help you with this program, you may go to the glscrip.com website, check for additional participating vendors. If you wish to order, please send check made payable to Bishop Walsh School with your order and it will be placed for you. These orders are placed approximately twice a month.
The office follows the school schedule. If school is impacted by weather, delayed openings, early dismissals or closed, the office follows the school schedule.

It's Martin's A+ School Rewards time again! Last year this program realized $15,685.20. Here is how this program works...Martin's gives Bishop Walsh 1% of the total you spend at their stores. All you need to do is call 301-724-5360, ext. 211 and give us your bonuscard number. Please help us exceed last year's total.
