Bishop Walsh School alumni may request an official copy of their transcript by completing the form below. Please provide all requested information so that we can locate your records and process your request as quickly as possible.
If your transcript needs to be sent directly to a college, university, employer, or other organization, please include the complete recipient information on the request form.
